Refund policy

At LeafScore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  2. Restocking Fee:

    • A 2% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, minus the 2% restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at orders@leafscore.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or order number in your return package.
  3. Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization email.
