Refund policy
At LeafScore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee:
- A 2% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, minus the 2% restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at orders@leafscore.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or order number in your return package.
- Ship the return to the address provided in your return authorization email.
